You know the game.

You have experience in recruitment, HR or staffing and understand the process. You may already have a network in your region and either run ENK or AS today or plan to with guidance. We review each profile before extending an invitation.

If you are early in your journey but bring strong motivation, professional English and a willingness to learn and commit, we can discuss training paths after an invitation. We still review background carefully before onboarding anyone new.

How it works.

  1. Request an invitation

    Share your name, email and a short motivation so we understand your recruitment background and goals.

  2. We review your background

    Our team reads every request, checks fit with regional needs and follows up only when there is a clear match.

  3. Approved recruiters get access

    If we extend an invitation, we onboard you to our tools, processes and brand guardrails so you can work with Norwegian clients in a structured way.

Who we are looking for.

We look for an active presence through social media, a community or a professional network, plus either strong reach on the influencer track or solid experience on the recruiter track.

Professional English is required. You should expect to work with ENK or AS in your country for invoicing, and we can help you understand the steps once you are invited.

Regional focus matters: we grant exclusivity by area rather than by country alone. We also look for a genuine interest in building something long-term with us.

We accept interest from all EU/EEA countries. Regional exclusivity is granted per area, not per country alone. If you are early in your journey, you can still request an invitation: we evaluate motivation and fit for every message we receive.
