Under Norwegian law (Arbeidsmiljøloven), hiring through a staffing agency is permitted across Norway for temporary needs, project-based work, substitution for permanent employees, and seasonal work. This applies nationally - there are no regional restrictions on staffing agency use. ArbeidMatch operates in full compliance with Norwegian labor law and collective agreements, serving employers across all of Norway from our base in Trondheim.
