About the Role
We are currently looking for experienced Bricklayers to join a construction project in Trondheim, Norway. The project has an initial duration of approximately 3 weeks, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.
This position is suitable for skilled masonry professionals who can work independently, maintain high quality standards, and are familiar with modern construction practices commonly used in Norway.
Responsibilities
- Perform masonry work on residential and commercial construction projects
- Lay bricks, concrete blocks, and other masonry materials according to specifications
- Read and interpret technical drawings and construction plans
- Ensure accurate alignment, leveling, and finishing of masonry structures
- Work independently and as part of a construction team
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all site safety requirements and Norwegian HMS regulations
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of workmanship and productivity
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of recent professional experience as a Bricklayer
- Experience with masonry systems and construction methods commonly used in Norway
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- English communication skills required
- EU/EEA citizenship
- Valid Norwegian D-number or Norwegian National Identity Number
- Strong focus on quality, safety, and teamwork
Documentation Requirements
Candidates who have previously worked in Norway may be asked to provide references from recent employers.
Candidates without previous experience in Norway should be able to document their professional experience through employment records, references, vocational education, trade certificates, or other relevant documentation.
