How does previous-employer feedback work?+

Start a reference request from RecOS. The candidate names referees from previous employers and confirms they agreed to be contacted, or supplies a recommendation document. RecOS can request feedback, follow up and keep the responses with the candidate. A recruiter reviews the information; receiving a reply does not automatically verify a reference.

Are beta slots available?+

Can I join as an individual recruiter?+

Yes. Join the waitlist as an individual recruiter, a workspace owner or a team. You do not need a team to express interest.

Does it include candidates or clients?+

Renting a workspace or seat does not automatically give access to ArbeidMatch's candidates or clients. You bring your own relationships and activity.

How does assistance work?+

Your dedicated AI assistant helps you find context, prepare follow-ups and work on presentations. AI assistance and human support are available 24/7. You stay in control of the work you share.

What happens next?+

After joining the early-access list, you can receive priority beta invitations when places become available. Beta slots are currently full; joining does not reserve a place. Beta participants can share feedback to help shape RecOS. Pricing and launch dates will be announced separately.
